Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: R100 – Delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R950 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • All orders include tracking for your peace of mind.

3. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.
  • Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Delays

  • If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you promptly.
  • External factors such as weather or courier issues may occasionally affect delivery times.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, The Nutrinest cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If your parcel is missing, please check with neighbors, family members, or contact the courier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • The Nutrinest is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@colipops.co.za. We’ll try our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Returns Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used items cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at shop@colipops.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an update.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.
